I can dream realistically, can't I?

I feel the older I get, the more realistic my fantasy dream goals become. From being a 13yr old and dreaming of living in a luxurious expensive apartment/house in the city, to a 22yr old and wanting a small house in a good location that I can share with my partner, and maybe one day a family. So ideally speaking, if I live in hawaii for a while, I'd like to live near town, or manoa/makiki valley area. I would love to live in the mountains where its cool, good fertile soil for planting, safe neighborhood, and active community.

I was browsing the realestate listings online and found this cute house near UH in lower manoa area on Lanihuli Dr.

Its cute on the outside, and large on the inside! The landscaping is well kept, large backyard with a big tree, and cozy atmosphere, theres also a slight hill on the street so I can practice my hill running on it! ;) PERKS! Its only 1-story but I could make it work. Another con about this place is that there is an open 1 car garage. Its a 1940's built home, and I like old houses!
