Yummy Trader Joes Banana Bread

This summer I noted to make more of an effort to experiment with baking and cooking in the kitchen this summer. While on my Seattle vacation, I visited the Trader Joes and died a happy customer :) Not only do they have a delicious assortment of food selections, they offer them at super cheap prices! $_$ So I wanted to bring home a few goodies and one of the things I snagged was what appeared to be just a simple box of banana bread mix.

I made the bread for father's day this past weekend and it was DELISH! My parents both loved it as well. I guess what sets it apart from other banana bread mixes i've used in the past is how healthy it is, how simple it is to make, and how much flavor its packed with; not dry, but moist. ♥ Definitly a must try when you visit a T.J in the area!
