Hey, sorry I've been so MIA lately; Its close to finals week, and its the holidays, so it's been a little crazy.

HAHAHA LMAO! Ok, omg this girl that I happened to stumble upon on youtube who does make-up stuff is HILARIOUS. Not trying to be mean or anything, I acknowledge that she is a racial kid growing up in the sticks somewhere in the south, and I know she's not doing it on purpose, but DAMN is she a kick! Just watch some of her videos (the skincare routine one is pretty good) Her accent is too funny!!! XD Check her out here. Good stuff. She's pretty good at putting on makeup, and very entertaining as well.

Full n Soft waterproof mascara

*I was really looking forward to purchasing this mascara after watching Michelle Phan's drugstore review on it. The main things that I need from a mascara are: lightness, some lengthening, no clumping/flaking/smudging, no brittle feeling, and some good seperation between the lashes. I did not get all of those things from this mascara. For the longest time I didn't want to buy mascara's because they did all of those things to me. I hate having smudged eyeliner/mascara at the end of the day (who doesn't). But after I apply my eyeshadow, i feel like I'm missing something. So I apt for using a clear mascara, but missed out on the color.

*The wand is really nice. When I first applied it on my lashes, it instantly did its job at seperating, lengthening, and not smudging. It also made my lashes feel soft and not hard and brittle! I LOVED that part of this product hearts;

*Taking off the mascara isn't too bad if you have a good eye makeup remover

Color Sensational Lipstick

I picked up the one in Nearly There (part of the naturals collection) and overall I enjoy it. I'm not too picky when it comes to lipstick/lipgloss, just as long as they don't dry my lips out I'm fine with it. I like to pair this lipstick with my Maybelline lipgloss in Toffeelicious? ; a similiar shade, just to make my lips more bright and wet feeling. I don't think this lipstick lasts all day for me, so you might need to reapply it throughout the day. The smell however is really strong. I personally don't have a problem with waxy, chemical smelling cosmetics, but if your nose is really sensitive to these types of smells, I don't reccomend this lipstick. It almost sort of smells like...playdough.
