The Alternative Baking Company (ABC)

Imagine biting into the most delictable, soft, sweet cookie you could ever imagine. Mmmm...nom nom nom :D  Well imagine that cookie didn't contain any dairy, egg, trans fat, hydrogenated oils, or any animal ingredients! What kind of cookie is that?! That, is the new alternative cookie made by the Alternative Baking Company! A California corporation established in 1995, they are dedicated to helping make the dairy and meat industries obsolete by providing gourmet quality, vegan alternatives to traditional baked goods. They have a line of wheat-free cookies as well, use all things organic, and make them in small batches to deliver quality fresh tasting cookies that are good for you :)Their cookies are available in thousands of health food stores across the country, and also in many mainstream grocery stores, convenience stores, and coffee shops. Probably the best thing about these cookies is the variety of flavors they come in: Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Decadence, Espresso chip, Lemon Poppyseed, Peanut Butter Persuasion, Phenomenal Pumpkin Spice, Outrageous Oatmeal Raisin, Cranberry Orange, Mac the Chip, and Snickerdoodle! My favorites are the poppyseed, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip (of course). But all of them are equally satisfying. I've never been disapointed by any of their products.
 I believe in their mission to abolish the meat industry and believe in creating food made from all-natural, organic, no pesticides, animal-anythings. Our generation has lapsed into consuming food that has either killed us, or released a slew of infectious diseases. Choose a different way of living. Eat smart. And look toward the alternative :)
