Hmm.. so lately i've been keepin busy; school is manageable, just have term papers to write as of now, other than that it pretty chill. I've been slacking in my running lately. My 30k(18miles) run is next week sunday and i need to prepare for it somewhat. I've pretty much been going into these races unprepared having not done too much mileage beforehand, so my goal for this week is to bust out a long run either 10 or 16 miles from kapiolani to hawaii kai and back before the end of the week.
Last week i attempted my co-worker's yummie blueberry mochi. It tasted really good when she brought it into work one day so i had to ask for the recipe! I made it; still hot, i ate 3 pieces. It was ono! The only bummer was that after only several days (when you refrigerate it) it becomes gritty and urgh, yucky-ish. I want to bake/cook more, but i'm a little rusty getting back into the kitchen.
